I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and offered fantastic views, but they could really use some tidying up. The location is lovely and feels secluded, but it’s not very convenient if you don’t have a car. The service was friendly, particularly from Martina, but it felt a bit disorganized at times. Dining options were ample, especially for meat lovers, but there wasn’t much for vegetarians, which was disappointing.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and quiet but did need a little uplifting. The views were absolutely fantastic since the hotel sits in the center of the valley.
Service
6.0
The staff was friendly, especially Martina in the café bar, but at times they seemed overworked and a bit curt.
Location
5.0
The location is divine if you want peace and quiet, but it's really the back of beyond, so a car is necessary to explore beyond the hotel.
Dining
5.0
Dining was varied, but if you're a vegetarian, you might find options limited. The buffet featured a lot of meat dishes, which was overwhelming for me.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were decent but nothing extraordinary; they did the job, though some areas could use more attention.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the location is lovely, nestled in a charming village. However, the service left much to be desired, as some staff were unhelpful and even rude. Dining was a letdown as well, with some very unappetizing options for breakfast. Overall, it has potential but not without some significant improvements.

Rooms

The rooms were very clean and spacious, though they unfortunately lacked air-conditioning.
Service

The service was hit or miss; while some staff were kind, there was one man who was outright rude, and I received outdated information about bus services.
Location
6.0
The location is quite remote, so having a car is essential if you want to explore beyond the hotel or the nearby Spar.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options were disappointing, with a soggy roll and a hard apple that was practically inedible.
Facilities

The facilities were basic, and I would have appreciated some more amenities to enhance the experience.

5.6/10

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The views from my room overlooking the church and valley were breathtaking, and the room itself was spacious and quiet, which I really appreciated. However, there was a noticeable lack of air-conditioning during my stay, which made things less comfortable. The service could have been more attentive, though I did have a positive experience with one staff member. The location is quite remote, so a car is necessary for convenience, but it does offer a charming village vibe. Overall, it’s a decent place but not without its flaws.

Rooms
8.0
The room was very large and airy with a lovely bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space, and it was quite comfortable. The view of the church and the valley beyond was superb, making it a pleasant space to relax. However, there was a lack of air-conditioning, which made it less ideal during my stay.
Service
5.0
The service ranged from indifferent to slightly better when I spoke in German. While most staff seemed rather disinterested, there was at least one person, Martina in the café bar, who was helpful and friendly.
Location
6.0
The hotel is quite remote, which means unless you have a car or want to walk or cycle to Kufstein, you're a bit cut off from everything. However, the village setting is lovely and peaceful.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was disappointing, especially for vegetarians, since the buffet featured an overwhelming amount of meat. Breakfast options were also quite poor, with a soggy roll and a hard apple.
Facilities
5.0
Unfortunately, there wasn’t much in terms of facilities that stood out. The overall amenities could use some upgrades to match the spaciousness of the rooms.

Unfortunately, the location is quite remote, making it difficult to access nearby attractions without a car. The service from the staff was somewhat lacking, leaving me disappointed at times. Dining options, particularly the breakfast, could also use some improvement for a better overall experience.

The rooms were spacious but need some tidying up. The service was lacking, as staff were not very friendly and sometimes disorganized. The dining options also left a lot to be desired, especially for non-meat eaters. Overall, it has its charms, but it wasn't quite what I expected.
